Tamaki Suou is a self proclaimed perfect being, only when it comes to looks and morals, mind you. He's as charming as they come unless his target happens to be a bit more down to earth than most, or simply not taken in by his looks. While one of the smartest in his class when it comes to grades, in every other aspect Tamaki is definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. One could argue the exact opposite in fact.
Nevertheless, Tamaki has an ever optimistic outlook on life, no matter how unsettling reality may be. Very few things really get to him, although a great many will make him freak out and go on a spazz. He is very emotional, very kind, and very much a gullible bleeding heart. He's so good it oozes from him.
Just don't let him fool you. He is smarter than he looks. It just takes a lot to see it.
